Frequently asked questions
Is there a cost to join Club 17?
No. Membership in all three tiers — Exploration, I Love The Wine, and I Care, I Share — is completely free. Join Exploration for free and move up whenever you like.
Can I move between tiers later?
Yes. Everyone starts at Exploration when they join. You move up to I Love The Wine or I Care, I Share by starting an annual shipment from your Club 17 page, and you can step back whenever you like.
How and when will I be charged?
There's no separate membership fee — you're only ever charged for the wine itself (and shipping, where applicable) at the time each shipment is prepared.
What do I get at each tier?
Exploration: a one-time 15% coupon on your first order, plus access to member-only releases. I Love The Wine: 20% off every wine on the website and priority access to events. I Care, I Share: 25% off every wine on the website and priority access to events.
What wines are included in my shipment?
Each shipment includes 12 bottles in total — 6 bottles of each of our two wines, personally selected by the estate.
How is my wine delivered?
Online purchases and club shipments are delivered to your door within 10 working days, anywhere in the world.
What are member-only wines?
From time to time we release small lots reserved for Club 17. Most are open to every member; some are reserved for I Love The Wine or I Care, I Share members. You will see them once you are signed in.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes. There's no minimum commitment, so you're free to step back from Club 17 whenever you'd like.
